You will be swept away by the beauty and natural history that lies only a mountain range away.

Your journey begins with a horse ride into the Little Wood Drainage. By midday, you’ll have your rod in hand as you pursue wild trout. For the evening, you’ll return to camp for dinner, dessert, and campfire revelry or you can further explore beaver ponds for feisty Brook Trout. For day two, you’ll hop back in the saddle to ride up to a rarely visited stretch of the Little Wood for a full-day of guided fishing. Day three you’ll continue to fish the river around camp, and then it is a short ride out.

On our Little Wood Adventure, not only will you master fishing on the high alpine waters, but you’ll be escorted a world away to a land and life of simpler ways.
